The Annual Food Drive...
Each year, the Realtors Association of Northwest Wisconsin holds a food drive to feed needy families in
the area. Realtors contribute to a fund to purchase Turkeys and non-perishable food items. Proceeds
are given to the Salvation Army as well as local food pantries.
This year Realtors contributed $9,157.84 to the Salvation Army as well as $1070.84 to local food pantries.
Grand Total raised: $10,228.68!
Kleven Real Estate proudly participates in this very important event. In addition, each year we award the
coveted John Kleven Traveling Turkey Trophy to the office contributing the most turkeys!

New RANWW Leadership Team for 2008-2009 Installed


The Realtors Association of Northwest Wisconsin formally installed the new Leadership Team at
Turtleback Conference Center in Rice Lake on Thursday, September 18th. Congratulations to John Flor (President),
Dave FitzGerald (President-Elect), Jeff Theisen (Treasurer) and Paul Canfield, Brian Dunham and Ben Rivard (new Directors).
Dave is a Broker/Owner here at Kleven.  Please join all of us at Kleven in congratulating the new Team as we look forward
to an exciting year in Real Estate! Thanks to those who have worked so hard in the past year including
Dave Dresel (outgoing President & Realtor of the Year), Margo Katterhagen, (recipient of the Board Service Award),
Johnson Bank (Affiliate of the Year) and the outgoing committee chairs.



Congratulations to Tammy Koenig!


   Tammy Koenig has recently been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation. This is the only program
 in the Real Estate industry specifically designed for Realtors who serve senior property owners.  Focus is on the major financial
and lifestyle transitions involved when seniors are relocating, refinancing, or selling a home. This program provides the training
and tools necessary to meet the specialized Real Estate needs of the mature population and to help address their concerns and fears.
Tammy is one of a very few Realtors in the Chippewa Valley who have earned the SRES designation!
