Enjoy beautiful views of Amacoy Lake at this year-round cabin on a level, west facing lot. The property features a large lakeside yard with firepit area and plenty of space for yard games. Maintenance-free composite stairs lead to the sandy lake bottom, and included aluminum dock. The elevation is ideal with only 20 steps to the lake. The cabin has many updates, including bathroom remodel in 2020, basement spray foam in 2020, deck stained/sealed in 2024, recently stained half log siding, and the driveway was seal coated in 2025. There is a nice storage shed, plus a fish cleaning house with electricity. The large deck is a pretty area to relax with great lake views. Amacoy Lake is fully recreational, and is known for great fishing of Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye and Catfish. The lake bottom is mostly sand. It is a great lake for boating, waterskiing, paddleboarding, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. The cabin has direct access to hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails, and is also located less than a mile from a beautiful 9 hole golf course. Located just minutes from Highway 40, about 45 minutes north of Eau Claire and 2 hours east of the Twin Cities.
