During my real estate career, I have banked a wealth of experience that my customers and clients can draw on. I endeavor to apply the Realtors Estate Code of Ethics in all my real estate dealings, which is summarized by the golden rule. My areas of expertise include residential real estate, including city and rural homes, income properties, and vacant land.

Professional designations I have attainted are GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative). I was presented with the Realtors Board Service Award in 1987. I am also a graduate of UWEC.

On a personal note, my wife, Ellen, and I reside in the Township of Wheaton which borders the City of Eau Claire on the north and the City of Chippewa Falls on the west. My interests include Bible study, church activities, carpentry, forestry, and spending time at our cabin in northern Rusk County.
