Kelvin Ruesch came to Eau Claire in the summer of 1975 to complete his college degree. After graduation in 1977, he and his wife Shirley, who teaches 8th grade English classes, came to appreciate the quality of life Eau Claire has to offer. They made the decision to call Eau Claire home.

After residing in Eau Claire for 33 years and now with two children; Bradley, a freshman at UW-Eau Claire, and Elizabeth, a freshman at Memorial High School, the Ruesches have become even more appreciative of the qualities the whole Chippewa Valley region has to offer individuals and families.

Qualities such as education, both public and private grade schools to UW-Eau Claire and UW-Stout in Menomonie,shopping centers, entertainment, outdoor recreation from skiing and snowmobiling to bike trails connecting communities, and many more.

Kelvin's passion for Real Estate began with an elective course in his senior year at UW-EC titled "Real Estate Economics". In 1981, Kelvin followed his dream and became a Realtor. After 27 years as a professional Realtor, he says it seems like only 5 years have passed!

Kelvin is a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and a GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute). He specializes in Residential
brokerage from single family homes to multi-family and land brokerage to new construction. In addition to the traditional seller
brokerage, he is also skilled in buyer representation.

After nearly 28 years of professional Real Estate brokerage, Kelvin still takes joy in helping you achieve your goal whether it is purchasing your first home, a retirement home or an investment
purchase.

Aside from Real Estate, Kelvin is a member of Peace Lutheran Church, a Triniteam Board of Directors member, a member of Kiwanis of Eau Claire and a member of the Indianhead Harley Owners Group-plus he runs 2 to 3 times a week. Not bad for an old guy!
